Probation Expert, Inc. is a spinoff of Liberty Investigative Services, Inc. Private Investigator and former Probation Officer Paul R. Smerechniak developed Probation Expert, Inc. to exclusively serve individuals in need of advise, counsel, supervision and direction in order to avoid inadvertent violations and possible revocations of community based sanctions that may result in incarceration.
